Mark is your landlord. A true entrepeneur from a family with great experience in the hospitality business, Mark has been successful in the pub, catering and hotel trade with two country pubs, an exclusive outdoor catering company and an on-line specialist food & hamper service.
Paul Englishby (Head Chef) Paul has been a head chef for the last 12 years in which all of his pubs have reached the Good Food Guide. His last pub was in the Top 50 Waterways pubs in the UK. His goal is to establish the Fox with a reputation for quality, fresh local pub food.

Rich has been a qualified chef for 15 years working in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. He also owns and runs a canal holiday venture and is a partner in the Barr-Emme catering business he established in 2007 with Mark higgs.
