1. Accommodation
1.1 Check-In is from 16:00 and check-Out by 10:30
1.2 Breakfast is served between 6:00 and 10:00 in the lounge
1.3 A 50% desposit is required payable by c/card or cheque. The deposit can be paid in cash if booked in person. The balance can be paid by all payment means.
1.4 Cancellation is allowed with 7 days notice for a full refund. At 48 hrs notice the first night's costs will be charged. At less than 24hrs notice the full cost will be charged.

2. Premises
2.1 Parking is provided at the rear of the Fox. Please park in the bays only and respect the disabled parking facilities.
2.2 Should the car park be full then please park in the surrounding lanes but with consideration for local residents.
2.3 The pub is fully alarmed in the event of a fire and all staff have been given fire drill training.
2.4 For security reasons the premises are intruder alarmed and CCTV operates throughout.

3. Payment
3.1 We accept payment by cash, cheque(with bankers card), debit or credit cards
3.2 For bar customers, should you wish to run a bill and pay st the end of the evening, then we request a credit/debit card which we retain in a secure, protected place. We then issue you with a Fox card which you can present at the bar as you order. For restaurant diners and B&B guests we will issue you with a Fox card and settle at the end.
3.3 We offer cashback on purchases over £10. Maximum cashback allowed is £50. We do not "cash" cheques.
3.4 We hope you are very happy with the food, drinks and service we provide. Should you wish to "Tip" the bar & waiting staff, please be assured that all tips are shared equally amongst the staff on duty and are in addition to their wages. we believe that if they earned it then they get it.

4. Our Committment to You
4.1 We strive to provide you with the freshest, locally produced food cooked to perfection. In the unlikely event of not meeting these standards, please inform a member of staff immediately and we will resolve asap.
4.2 We actively welcome your feedback and will consider all comments and suggestions fully.
4.3 All glass and cardboard is recycled and we strive to be as "green" as possible in all that we do.

5. House Rules
5.1 To comply with current law, smoking is not allowed inside the premises. Heated, undercover provision has been made at the garden terrace area.
5.2 Guide dogs for the blind are allowed inside. All other dogs are welcome in the terrace and garden areas.
5.3 Customers are requested to remain clothed at all times whether inside or in the garden
5.4 We aim to become an integral part of village life and kindly request that all visitors give consideration to local residents as regards parking, noise levels when leaving etc.
5.5 Please do not consume your own food and drink on the premises
5.6 The Fox at Farthinghoe operates a ZERO tolerance policy on the dealing and consumption of illegal drugs and will contact the Police immediately on discovery.
5.7 Last Orders will be called 20 minutes prior to closing and we respectfully ask that customers finish their drinks in a reasonable time at close.
5.8 Please do not request alcoholic drinks if under 18 or if purchasing a drink for an under 18 yr old. If we have reason to suspect a customer is under 18 then we reserve the right to request proof of age (drivers license, passport) and refuse service where appropriate, as per our legal responsibilities.
5.9 For your own safety and the enjoyment of others please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service if we consider customers have drunk to excess.
5.10 We are happy to organise a taxi for you if unable to drive or can also offer accommodation if available
5.11 Children are very welcome at the Fox. But for the enjoyment of others & for their safety could parents please ensure their children are well behaved.
